Job Description

About the Role: Thumbtack helps millions of people confidently care for their homes. We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Executive to directly impact our overall growth by finding new professionals, improving the quality of pros on Thumbtack, and driving revenue. You will manage a pipeline of Spanish-speaking professionals and play a crucial role in scaling our Sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue by achieving 100% of your assigned monthly quota and cultivating a future sales pipeline.
  • Create and manage your pipeline with Spanish-speaking professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and current notes and records for all accounts in Salesforce.
  • Become an expert in the Thumbtack product and articulate its value to business professionals.
  • Help stakeholders gain market insights to make better data-driven decisions.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, including prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Experience in high-call-volume sales and a strong history of carrying a quota.
  • A collaborative attitude and an understanding that closing sales is your highest priority.
