Job Description
About the Role: Thumbtack helps millions of people confidently care for their homes. We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Executive to directly impact our overall growth by finding new professionals, improving the quality of pros on Thumbtack, and driving revenue. You will manage a pipeline of Spanish-speaking professionals and play a crucial role in scaling our Sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue by achieving 100% of your assigned monthly quota and cultivating a future sales pipeline.
- Create and manage your pipeline with Spanish-speaking professionals.
- Maintain accurate and current notes and records for all accounts in Salesforce.
- Become an expert in the Thumbtack product and articulate its value to business professionals.
- Help stakeholders gain market insights to make better data-driven decisions.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills.
- 2+ years of sales experience, including prospecting and pipeline management.
- Experience in high-call-volume sales and a strong history of carrying a quota.
- A collaborative attitude and an understanding that closing sales is your highest priority.
