Job Description
About the Role: At 1Password, we're building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. As an Account Executive (SMB), you will manage a territory that includes target accounts and an existing book of business with companies up to 1,000 employees. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipelines, and driving growth within the SMB sector across a specific geographical region in the EMEA market.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow your designated geographical region, focusing on acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking utilizing MEDDPPICC.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell 1Password solutions within existing accounts, leveraging Extended Access Management.
- Confidently present to decision-makers, negotiate, and create mutual action plans to close deals.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on SMB/Mid-Market accounts, OR a top-performing BDR ready to step up.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and upselling/cross-selling to new and existing customers.
- Solid skills in prospecting, pipeline building, value-based selling, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Bonus: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
