Job Description
About the Role: Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We are looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise to drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing relationships within a defined segment. You will focus on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and securing new business to support our commercial strategy.
What You'll Do
- Manage a designated list of prospective or existing accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SDR, Customer Success, Product) to support client needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets while managing CRM data accurately.
What You Bring
- Relevant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cycles.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
