About Bolder Apps: Bolder Apps is an elite digital product development studio that partners with prominent U.S.-based startups and established enterprise teams to design, build, and scale innovative digital products. We specialize in AI-native product development, full-cycle application engineering, and specialized technical team augmentation. Driven by a culture of absolute ownership, execution speed, and high autonomy, our mission is simple: build bolder, faster, and smarter.
Position Overview
We are hiring high-velocity closers to join our Go-To-Market team as an Account Executive. This is a 1099 contractual structure role—there is no rigid W-2 safety net or fixed base. Instead, we offer a highly lucrative commission engine backed by a recoverable draw bridge. Our incoming inbound lead generation pipeline is completely full and growing, meaning you will not be cold-calling dead databases. You will sell high-demand solutions directly to startup founders, CTOs, and enterprise product heads looking to retrofit AI models or deploy greenfield applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Lead Ownership: Manage inbound hot leads end-to-end—covering the introductory strategy sync, rigorous discovery, scoping iterations, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and final close.
- Technical Discovery Diagnostics: Conduct deep-dive scoping calls with technical leaders (CTOs and Founders) to pierce past basic feature checklists and isolate what software architectures they are actually trying to build.
- Deal Quarterbacking: Orchestrate cross-functional proposal builds by pulling in core scoping engineers, UI/UX designers, finance ops, and executive stakeholders at optimal interaction windows without dropping momentum.
- Objection Handling: Confidently maneuver late-stage project curveballs, including competitive poaching attempts, mid-call scope creep, legacy integration dependencies, or founder cold feet.
- CRM Hygiene & Feedback: Maintain pristine CRM logs and deliver honest, pipeline review projections. Feed conversion signals back to marketing loops regarding ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and recurring objection patterns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of closing consultative, high-value deals across any professional sector (SaaS, agency networks, consulting, recruiting, financial services, or corporate real estate).
- Sharp, high-signal written communication mechanics with comfort steering complex follow-ups inside email arrays and dedicated Slack channels.
- High emotional intelligence and human psychology parsing skills to detect whether a buyer prioritizes speed, baseline cost, asset quality, or corporate status inside ten minutes.
- Strong process discipline and autonomous schedule management skills; you do not need managers pinging you about pipeline hygiene, calendars, or SOW rollouts.
- Absolute comfort operating within a 1099 + commission-only compensation infrastructure designed for massive performance upside.
- High domain absorption agility to credibly discuss complex topics like AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), product engineering trade-offs, and software pricing models within 60 days.
- Location Context: Must be physically located within the United States, plugged into the U.S. startup/tech ecosystem, and fully committed to standard U.S. working hours.
What We Offer
- High Earning Potential: Uncapped commission structures with average annual earnings tracking between $150,000 to $250,000 USD (top performers scale higher).
- Recoverable Draw Bridge: Financial runway protection advanced against your rolling commissions to ensure smooth cash flows while your active enterprise deals mature.
- 100% remote autonomy within a fluid, tech-first team entirely free from corporate politics and rigid checklists.
- Direct lines of communication to core founders and internal delivery squads, eliminating bureaucratic solution-architect layers.
