Position Summary
We are hiring an Account Executive to join our expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) group. We are early in our enterprise sales motion—there is no massive, rigid sales bureaucracy, no 50-page playbook, and no army of SDRs filling your calendar. Instead, you will inherit incredible product-market fit, an elite tech brand that opens every corporate door, and an autonomous environment where you will directly shape how we go to market. You will sell directly to highly informed engineers and technical leaders who have a low tolerance for inauthenticity.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Cycles: Build genuine customer partnerships and lead complete enterprise sales motions from initial pipeline discovery through to contract finalization and signature execution.
- Technical Credibility: Navigate highly technical sales conversations with authority, earning trust in rooms full of engineers and software architects by understanding developer workflow realities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner tightly with internal Sales Engineers (SE) for deep-dive product demonstrations, collaborate with Marketing to accelerate deal velocity, and sync with Product/Engineering teams to relay structured customer context.
- Pipeline & Process Architecture: Navigate early-stage ambiguity with high resourcefulness, building out baseline outbound pipelines and introducing repeatable sales processes as you uncover insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of success driving technical B2B SaaS sales cycles, ideally within developer tooling, infrastructure software, cloud ecosystems, or application development platforms.
- Strong technical curiosity with a proactive approach to learning modern software engineering concepts (server deployment, architecture stacks, CI/CD, database routing) to preserve credibility with engineering audiences.
- Growth mindset with an affinity for continuous experimentation and iteration while the core sales engine is being formalized.
- Customer-first instincts that ruthlessly prioritize long-term customer value, user retention, and platform fit over raw deal size numbers.
- Exceptional grit, cross-functional DNA, and the ability to establish clear operational paths inside fluid, early-stage business environments ("building the plane while flying it").
- Location Scope: 100% remote operational flexibility open to qualified enterprise sales professionals based inside the United States.
