As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from qualified pipeline through close — for colleges and universities adopting our AI-powered CRM and enrollment platform.

You'll navigate a genuinely unique buying environment: multiple institutional stakeholders, longer procurement cycles, and decision-makers who care as much about student outcomes as they do about ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Own deal progression from discovery through negotiation and close for mid-market and enterprise higher-education accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with multiple institutional stakeholders — admissions, IT, and executive leadership
  • Run a consultative, value-based sales process using a defined methodology (MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar)
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and stay ahead of higher-ed market trends
  • Use AI-powered sales tools to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, and account planning
  • Forecast accurately and manage a healthy, well-qualified pipeline end to end
  • Collaborate with Solutions and Customer Success on smooth handoffs and long-term account health

What You Bring

  • A track record of owning and closing complex B2B SaaS deals, ideally at mid-market or enterprise scale
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder, longer-cycle sales — higher education, public sector, or enterprise experience is a strong plus
  • Fluency with a modern sales tech stack (CRM, conversation intelligence, AI-assisted workflows)
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills, with the ability to connect institutional pain points to platform value
  • Genuine curiosity about the higher-ed market and how technology fits into institutional decision-making
  • Confident, credible communication with both practitioners and C-suite stakeholders

How You'll Show Up

  • A trusted advisor, not a pitch machine — you understand the buyer's world before you talk about the product
  • Organized and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Collaborative across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success — you see the full customer journey as your responsibility
  • Adaptable to a market and product that continue to evolve quickly
