Educate! (operating at experienceeducate.org) is an African-led education reform platform engineered for systemic change in youth employment across the continent. Founded by a majority African team and headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, Educate! tackles youth unemployment by reforming what schools teach and how they teach it. The organization partners with schools, teachers, and governments to integrate employment-focused curricula into national education systems, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world economic demands. Under the hood, Educate! designs practical, skills-based modules that equip students with entrepreneurial and vocational tools—from business planning to digital literacy—while collaborating with local mentors and industry experts. This allows African youth to transition seamlessly into the workforce or launch their own ventures, while governments and institutions gain measurable impact data to refine education policies.
