HireSkys is built exclusively for the modern workforce. Our platform is strictly a remote-only job board. When you use our ATS to publish an open position, it must be a fully remote role.
Whether the position is restricted to a specific time zone, a certain country, or open to candidates anywhere in the world (Global), it must not require the employee to commute to a physical office. Hybrid or on-site job postings are not permitted and will be automatically rejected during our manual review process.
This strict remote-only policy ensures that top global talent can trust the listings on HireSkys, saving valuable time for both employers and candidates.
Why are Job Titles and Categories Locked?
If you try to edit your job after posting it, you will notice that the Job Title and Category are greyed out and locked. We do this for a very specific reason: to prevent system abuse.
On older job boards, a scammer could post a job for a "Frontend Developer", collect a bunch of resumes, and then edit the exact same job post to say "Sales Manager" to trick more people without paying for a new job credit.
By locking the core details, we ensure that every job on HireSkys remains authentic and true to its original purpose. You can still edit your job description, salary, and location at any time!
The Job Approval Process (Pending Status)
When you submit a new job, it doesn't go live instantly. Instead, its status changes to "Pending Review". This is because HireSkys is a premium, curated platform.
During this pending stage, our quality assurance team manually checks your job post. We do this to:
- ✔ Fix Formatting: We clean up the text, fix any broken bullet points, and make sure your job description looks highly professional and attractive to top candidates.
- ✔ Verify Legitimacy: We ensure the job is a real remote opportunity and meets our quality standards.
What happens if a job is rejected?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam, MLM schemes, unpaid internships disguised as jobs, or inappropriate content. If our team finds that a job violates our trust guidelines, it will be rejected.

If your job is rejected for any reason, you do not lose your money. Your 1 Job Credit is automatically refunded back to your account so you can try again with a compliant job post.
