Position Overview

We are seeking a high-octane, results-driven Freelance US Sales Recruiter to join our core centralized collective in a part-time remote contract capacity across the Philippines. Operating as a pure sourcing machine within our global talent division, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for navigating the highly competitive United States sales market to hunt, identify, and engage premium sales talent. Shifting completely away from routine human resource administration, compliance filing, internal meeting coordination, or passive inbound inbox management, you will run a heavy-sourcing sprint where rapid delivery matches uncompromised candidate quality. This position requires a seasoned headhunting veteran who isolates passive elite talent fluidly natively using Recruiter search matrices, manages candidate pipeline development smoothly natively using Talent Acquisition methodologies, and commands specialized digital tools confidently to secure high conversion reply rates under US-aligned time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume US Sales Sourcing: Architect, test, and execute relentless outbound sourcing campaigns across multiple US states, discovering and mapping top-tier passive sales talent cleanly natively utilizing Recruiter toolsets.
  • End-to-End Pipeline Engineering: Build, manage, and deliver a highly predictable, consistent pipeline of vetted candidates for an array of fast-scaling commercial vacancies, satisfying weekly pipeline requirements without compromising talent baselines.
  • Compelling Cold Outreach Architecture: Draft, personalize, and launch high-impact cold messaging sequences and InMail strings designed explicitly to cut through marketplace noise and convert passive targets natively leveraging Talent Acquisition communication strategies.
  • Sales Landscape Mapping: Maintain an authoritative technical understanding of the corporate sales ecosystem, easily navigating the structural differences, vocabulary nuances, and unique commission motivations that separate an SDR, a quota-carrying AE, and an Enterprise Account Director.
  • Boolean Search Logic Mastery: Build and deploy complex Boolean search strings, community indexing protocols, and creative scraping mechanisms to uncover off-market candidate portfolios across alternative talent hubs.
  • Immaculate ATS and Dashboard Maintenance: Track, log, and maintain clean candidate interaction records and pipeline conversion velocities over shared systems, providing stakeholders with scannable delivery clarity.
  • Asynchronous Agility Iteration: Absorb real-time client profile feedback and pipeline metrics independently, pivoting your search definitions quickly without requiring continuous internal oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional history running advanced talent sourcing, full-cycle technical or commercial recruitment, digital executive headhunting, contract talent generation, or agency placement consulting.
  • Mandatory Toolkit Sourcing Requirement: Applicants must possess direct, active operational access to their own independent, fully provisioned LinkedIn Recruiter seat (corporate tools will not be provided for this contract track).
  • Proven, authoritative technical understanding of the United States corporate sales landscape, showing a history of sourcing professionals across multiple domestic states and time zones.
  • Expert-tier capability executing passive client engagement campaigns, writing conversion-focused copy, and generating InMail traction natively utilizing Recruiter features.
  • Practical operational familiarity organizing candidate pools, screening functional backgrounds, and tracking funnel analytics natively using Talent Acquisition guidelines.
  • Possession of a credible, professional, and deeply optimized personal LinkedIn footprint that naturally inspires executive candidate trust during cold outbound sliding.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication traits in fluent English, enabling total clarity when presenting candidate briefs or engaging passive US market talent.
  • Work Schedule and Commitment Notice: Position structured as a part-time freelance contract requiring a commitment of 20 to 30 hours per week. Candidates enjoy true scheduling flexibility to select their own hours, provided they establish sufficient overlap alignment to communicate with candidates across US time zones and hit weekly production targets.
