Workday Integrations & Data Architect

About the Role: EarnIn is a fintech pioneer building products that deliver real-time financial flexibility. We are looking for a Workday Integrations & Data Architect to own Workday integrations end-to-end, driving reliable data flow and scalable system design across HR, payroll, finance, IT, and benefits platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
• Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, and finance systems.
• Develop and maintain reporting, data feeds, and pipelines to support HR, Finance, and business intelligence platforms.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure integrations meet strict security, privacy, and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience with Workday integrations and tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs).
• Experience integrating Workday with systems such as global payroll vendors, Okta, ATS, and Finance Systems.
• Knowledge of data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP), and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong capacity to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with HR data governance, AI-enabled data platforms, and tools like Python or dbt.
