Web & Graphic Designer (Print & Digital)

Virtual Staff 365 is seeking an experienced Web & Graphic Designer for a leading Australian provider of heating and cooling services. This is a versatile role supporting both print and digital marketing needs, from designing brochures and "Happy Pack" merchandise to updating the company website using Elementor.

Key Responsibilities

• Print & Collateral: Design brochures, business cards, packaging collateral, and A4 promotional materials. You will also create team ID cards and update training manuals using Adobe InDesign.
• Web Design: Support website updates and edits using WordPress and Elementor.
• Print Management: Prepare print-ready files, manage printing quotes, and liaise with vendors to ensure accurate delivery.
• Digital Assets: Create social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines and develop graphics for onboarding modules in Trainual.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity across all customer-facing content and perform quality assurance before publishing.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or creative role.
• Tool Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced skills in WordPress (Elementor), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
• Print Knowledge: Strong experience preparing print-ready artwork and coordinating with print suppliers.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Location: Must be based in the Philippines and able to work Australian Business Hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for trade services or home services industries.
• Video editing skills are a bonus.
