Job Description

Arcadia is dedicated to making healthcare more sustainable through data-driven insights. We are seeking a Vice President, Research Network & Scientific Enablement to build, operationalize, and scale the Arcadia Research Collective (ARC). This is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and convener role, not a sales or account management role, responsible for bridging the gap between provider-based research and the life sciences ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build ARC: Design and launch the Arcadia Research Collective, including participation models, governance, and operating standards for 20+ participating organizations.
  • Research Leadership: Serve as Arcadia’s internal authority on research networks, enabling collaborative, multi-institutional research and funded research initiatives.
  • Ecosystem Connector: Act as a bridge between provider-based research organizations, academic collaborators, and Pharma/Life Sciences teams.
  • Scientific Enablement: Enable commercial teams by translating life sciences research needs into ARC capabilities and providing scientific credibility in customer discussions.
  • Publication Strategy: Establish processes to support peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and research citations (Goal: 5+ annually).

Requirements

  • Experience: 12–15+ years of experience in clinical research, real-world evidence (RWE), or research network operations.
  • Network Building: Direct experience building or operating multi-institutional research networks or academic-based research programs.
  • Governance: Strong understanding of research governance and collaboration across providers, academics, and industry.
  • Cross-Functional: Proven ability to operate effectively with clinical, commercial, data, and product teams.
