Visual Designer (UX/UI & Production)

Xogene is revolutionizing clinical trial transparency using AI. They help pharmaceutical companies navigate regulatory compliance. They are seeking a Visual Designer who is versatile. You won't just be designing websites; you will be creating clinical trial documents with a heavy focus on accessibility (making sure blind/visually impaired users can read them). You will work with the Technology team to create innovative solutions while also handling internal branding and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Design: Create clinical trial documents with a strict focus on Accessibility (likely WCAG/Section 508 standards).
• Digital & Print: Design assets for websites, social media, and internal initiatives.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Work with the product and dev teams to understand user needs.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation and increase efficiency in your design workflow.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a tech or digital product environment.
• Tool Stack: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Versatility: Proven ability to switch between UX/UI tasks and Production tasks.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Comm, or UX/UI.

Nice to Have

• Code: Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
• Motion: Proficiency in Motion Design tools.
