Virtual Assistant – Admin, Research & AI Tools (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This is a part-time, fully remote role tailored for someone highly organized, tech-savvy with AI tools, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment alongside the founder.

What You'll Do

• Provide general administrative support to the business and help prioritize and manage incoming tasks from the founder.
• Conduct comprehensive online research spanning companies, markets, contacts, and travel-related insights.
• Assist with preparing materials such as reports, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Create and edit simple, engaging visual content using Canva.
• Maintain clear and timely communication on progress and deliverables without micromanagement (no trackers).

What You Bring

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with high responsiveness and reliability.
• Experience utilizing modern AI tools (preferably Claude and/or Gemini) to enhance productivity.
• Proficiency in Canva (basic to intermediate level) and excellent research/analytical skills.
• Confidence to manage your workload, set priorities, and push back respectfully when needed.
• Bonus: Experience in HR, consulting, the hospitality/tourism industry, or supporting small businesses.
