About the Opportunity: Distro is seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for a real estate and title professional. Operating in a remote-first capacity, this position functions as a personal administrative assistant focused on streamlining day-to-day operations, keeping business data structured, and driving localized brand growth through administrative, database, analytical, and social media marketing support mechanisms.
Position Overview
In this versatile support seat, your primary mission is to handle administrative tasks, maintain database accuracy, and execute social media plans. Moving far beyond basic scheduling, you will act as a core operational partner managing data hygiene within CRM environments, pulling real estate market reports, and creating platform-native content to engage audiences online. This track demands an independent multitasker who brings excellent English communication mechanics, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing business priorities under minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations Support: Provide daily administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling professional appointments, coordinating meetings, sending reminders, and organizing email boxes.
- CRM & Database Governance: Input, update, and maintain detailed client details inside CRM systems (Salesforce or Zoho); clean duplicate files and source additional database elements to ensure absolute record accuracy.
- Market Reporting & Analysis: Pull and compile data to build basic analytical graphs, market summaries, and visual insights for client presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Social Media Management: Plan, produce, and schedule organic content across corporate Instagram and Facebook business accounts, managing daily captions, monitoring user comments, and tracking performance metrics.
- Client Communication: Assist with routine inbound client communications and handle basic customer service inquiries with a responsive, professional approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of verified professional history operating as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or an equivalent corporate support role.
- Hands-on experience navigating and updating centralized CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred, Zoho or similar models acceptable).
- Demonstrated proficiency managing social media environments, specifically running business profiles on Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong computer literacy, with professional familiarity operating within Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication mechanics in English, with excellent time management and organizational habits.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework tailored exclusively for qualified virtual assistants permanently based within the Philippines.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior professional exposure or administrative history operating natively within the real estate, title insurance, escrow, or mortgage industries.
