Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally driven, highly entrepreneurial Venture Manager to join our global scaling vertical as a foundational driver of our expansion across the APAC region. In this pivotal, cross-functional seat, you will report and collaborate directly alongside our CEO and country managers to lead and incubate large-scale strategic ventures from the ground up. Moving far beyond traditional corporate boundaries, you will gain a comprehensive view of our architectureâowning everything from user acquisition analytics to product delivery lines. This high-leverage role demands a proactive, hands-on operator who can translate business intelligence data into actionable playbooks and streamline operational efficiency across decentralized divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Priority Regional Ownership: Take complete end-to-end accountability for high-stakes strategic ventures in the APAC market, ensuring flawless execution from initial research phases to final deployment.
- C-Suite Strategic Advisory: Support the CEO and regional country directors in sourcing, evaluating, and launching high-signal market expansions, cross-border partnerships, and product innovations.
- Cross-Departmental Operations Sync: Facilitate frictionless coordination and timeline alignment between Product Engineering, Data Analytics, and Growth squads to maximize resource capacity.
- Operational Bottleneck Triage: Conduct deep-dive operational reviews to identify system inefficiencies, writing clean SOPs and scalable frameworks to enhance firm-wide productivity.
- Full-Lifecycle Business Modeling: Dissect user acquisition workflows, performance marketing metrics, and retention layers to maintain a comprehensive view of corporate margin targets.
- Data-Driven Decisions Management: Use complex business intelligence indicators and market reality data points to design, test, and adapt long-term growth playbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Progressive professional history operating in high-growth environments across Project Management, Corporate Operations, User Acquisition, or Business Strategy tracks.
- Proven capability to lead and iterate on complex business initiatives independently, aligning decentralized task lists with overarching goals.
- Strong quantitative business acumen with a deep operational grasp of digital marketing models, product engineering loops, and business analytics.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication mechanics, optimized to facilitate alignment within highly matrixed corporate environments.
- Language Fluency: Absolute bilingual business communication proficiency in both **English and Korean** is mandatory.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time framework restricted exclusively to qualified operations professionals permanently operating from within South Korea.
