UX/UI Designer

About the Role: Our client is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. This role is responsible for the full design lifecycle from research and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and developer collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research, usability tests, and translate findings into actionable design requirements.
• Build low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity clickable prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Create polished interfaces, maintaining style guides and ensuring responsive design and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Partner with product managers and engineers using Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision Inspect for efficient handoffs.
• Run A/B tests and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI creativity.
• Experience building wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and Agile/sprint environments.
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS/mobile apps, HTML/CSS basics, and familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
