We are looking for great gameplay developers who are passionate about steering product design and technical architecture for a game focused on user creation and socializing.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Implementation: Develop major gameplay features such as Procedural Biomes, RPG Combat Classes, Mob AI, and Trade Professions.
• System Design: Contribute directly to game design and technical architecture as a founding member.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other developers and prioritize projects to ensure visible, critical impact on weekly releases.
• Process: Enjoy a minimal process environment where you help decide what gets built every week.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Mastery of C++, Unreal Engine, and Git.
• Experience: 3+ years of game development experience.
• Portfolio: You must include a link to your Unreal Engine gameplay portfolio when applying.
• Passion: A deep passion for making and playing games, specifically sandbox and MMO genres.
