Unreal Engine Game Developer

Creative Chaos is looking for an Unreal Engine Game Developer to play a key role in creating cutting-edge gaming experiences. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of game features—designing, prototyping, and optimizing gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and user interfaces to deliver immersive gameplay.

Key Responsibilities

• Gameplay Implementation: Design and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and features using Unreal Engine.
• Core Engineering: Create and maintain high-quality code using C++, ensuring scalability, performance, and modularity.
• Optimization: Optimize game performance and debug complex issues to ensure a smooth player experience.
• Collaboration: Work with artists, designers, and QA teams to create a cohesive gaming experience and ensure bug-free releases.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Game Development specifically using Unreal Engine.
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine, Blueprint scripting, and C++.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics, AI systems, Physics simulations, and Multiplayer/Networking.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
• Best Practices: Knowledge of version control (Git/Perforce), code reviews, and testing methodologies.
