Unity Developer (3D Social Simulation)

Creative Chaos is looking for a motivated Unity Developer to build a unique 3D social simulation video game for mobile platforms. You will be responsible for building games based on the Unity framework, translating design ideas into engaging gameplay, and ensuring the best possible performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Game Development: Implement game functionality for both iOS & Android platforms using Unity3D.
• Pipeline Integration: Communicate with team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate media assets.
• Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to address performance issues.
• Code Quality: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior and intermediate developers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Agile Participation: Participate in AGILE project methodology and assist in scoping/estimating project timelines.

Requirements

• Unity Expertise: Expert knowledge of Unity3D with experience in both 2D and 3D games.
• Technical Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• Portfolio: Must possess a portfolio of considerable projects in Unity 3D.
• Clean Code: Ability to write well-designed, testable, and documented code.
