UI/UX Designer

About the Role: Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital products, including interfaces for AI-powered features such as chatbots and agentic systems.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products.
• Create UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied across all designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and documentation while supporting Agile delivery.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role with strong expertise in web and mobile applications.
• Experience designing AI-powered features, including chatbots or intelligent/agentic systems.
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Abstract, and Miro.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and solid understanding of accessibility standards.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) with strong communication and presentation skills.
