Job Overview

20four7VA is seeking an experienced UGC Portfolio & Creator Media Kit Designer to design high-converting creator portfolios using Canva.

Scope of Services

• UGC Portfolio Design (Core Responsibility): Design high-quality UGC creator portfolios in Canva using approved templates and structures.
• Creator Branding Assets: Design branding assets for creators to support their UGC presence, including Twitter (X) banner, profile image, and additional branding elements aligned with the creator’s aesthetic.
• Canva File Management: Build portfolios as shareable Canva Sites or Canva PDF portfolios and maintain organized Canva files for easy duplication and updates.
• Case Study Integration: Create a dedicated Case Studies section in each portfolio and format case studies to clearly present brand, objective, deliverables, and results or outcomes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing UGC creator portfolios, media kits, or influencer portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva.
• Strong understanding of UGC marketing and creator branding.
• Excellent layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
