UGC & Brand Partnerships Lead

About the Role: Valerie Group is seeking a hands-on UGC & Brand Partnerships Lead to build, execute, and scale a high-performance creator and partnership engine. You will own the full creator-led and partnership growth lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to reporting and revenue impact—across our brand portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute creator/UGC strategies aligned with brand goals, growth forecasts, and paid media plans across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with creators, influencers, and brand partners to build long-term, high-value relationships.
• Write performance-driven creator briefs and manage content execution, ensuring deliverables are ready for organic, paid, and affiliate usage.
• Set up and manage performance tracking (UTMs, discount codes, affiliate links) to analyse CTR, CPA, ROAS, and revenue impact.
• Identify and evaluate strategic B2B collaborations, celebrity endorsements, and ambassador programs.

What You Bring

• 5–8 years' experience in influencer marketing, UGC partnerships, creator marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Strong commercial negotiation ability and a proven track record of driving revenue and performance outcomes.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, UGC formats, and creator psychology.
• Execution-focused ownership and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience with creator licensing, DTC/eCommerce brands, and creator platforms like Modash, Grin, or Upfluence.
