Tiktok Shop Operations Manager

About the Role: ReWorks Solutions is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for the TikTok Shop. You will take ownership of new initiatives and test innovative ideas to drive growth in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, coordinating product listings, inventory updates, and order management.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversions, and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions independently.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer support teams to align on campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex workflows with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Bonus: Experience specifically with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms, and familiarity with analytics platforms and order management systems.
