TikTok Shop Manager

About the Role: The Soar Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing performance agency groups. We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own the strategy and execution of TikTok Shops for a portfolio of e-commerce brands. This is a hybrid role blending performance strategy with operational leadership to drive continuous revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Launch and manage TikTok Shops for multiple clients, overseeing product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and campaign strategy.
• Manage and support a small internal team of Affiliate Managers, overseeing influencer recruitment and content briefing.
• Plan and execute shop-based sales initiatives like product launches, seasonal drops, and platform-wide promotions.
• Own shop performance metrics and lead optimizations to drive conversion, traffic, and average order value.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations as the key strategic contact for clients.

What You Bring

• 2-3+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok's platform, tools, creators, and trends.
• Strong skills in communication, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while balancing detail and pace.
• Bonus: Experience managing a DTC store on Shopify/Amazon/WooCommerce or running TikTok Creator Marketplace campaigns.

• Salary range: £38,000 – £42,000 per year plus a Performance Bonus.
