Test Analyst

About the Role: Our client is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in asset finance aggregation and lending technology solutions. We are seeking a Test Analyst to review existing testing processes, design automated tests, and maximize test coverage for critical system features.

What You'll Do

• Design, write, and execute automated tests to ensure robust system validation.
• Determine priorities for test scenarios and create execution plans.
• Develop documentation for automated processes, including test plans, procedures, and cases.
• Manage defects, generate test reports, and support the business during UAT.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for test automation and identify or create test data.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tester with a strong background in software development.
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proficient with testing tools such as Cypress and version control tools like GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Experience developing test automation frameworks in an agile environment.
• Bonus: Testing experience with AI systems, chatbots, non-functional testing, or a background in finance.
