Position Overview
We are seeking a metrics-driven, highly persuasive Tele Sales Executive (Marathi-speaking) to join our remote Business Development & Operations division. In this high-ownership sales execution track, you will be responsible for managing outbound lead-generation funnels end-to-end—converting targeted prospects into active customers. This position demands an articulate, target-driven communicator who can effortlessly conduct sales pitches in regional languages, navigate CRM frameworks, map customer objections, and maintain accurate data records to hit daily, weekly, and monthly growth quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Funnel Conversions: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, introducing and pitching the unique value layers of the Lokal App ecosystem.
- Hyperlocal Solution Pitching: Interact directly with regional prospects to diagnose user intents, matching their requirements with tailored subscription features or local marketing options.
- CRM & MIS Registry Governance: Maintain meticulous records of daily client calls, follow-up statuses, and interaction traces inside CRM databases and tracking sheets.
- End-to-End Deal Closure: Manage the sales pipeline from initial discovery contact down to pricing estimations, negotiation parameters, and final commercial conversion closure.
- Market Feedback Consolidation: Capture on-ground customer behavior variations, objections, and messaging gaps, sharing clear recommendations with marketing leads to optimize campaign assets.
- Brand Reputation Protection: Educate prospective leads on product advantages cleanly and professionally, establishing a highly trusted corporate image in emerging markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0.6 to 1 year of verified professional tracking history executing inside telesales, inside sales, business development, or customer acquisition environments.
- Absolute verbal fluency and clear pronunciation mechanics in the Marathi language, optimized for regional client interactions.
- Basic technical operational knowledge handling data entries within cloud spreadsheet suites including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated capability to run structured sales scripts, overcome customer hesitations, and operate smoothly within target-driven metrics.
- Hardware Equipment Prerequisite: Absolute compliance with our Bring Your Device (BYOD) framework, requiring your own personal computer asset and stable data connection models.
- Location Context: 100% remote work-from-home infrastructure availability open specifically to qualified professionals permanently residing within India.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience selling digital products, subscription services, local classified spaces, or mobile software applications to Tier-2/3 demographic targets.
