Technical Writer | Remote

About the Role: TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a Technical Writer to create, update, and revise quick-start guides, user manuals, and safety guides for Arlo products and services. In this role, you will develop knowledge base articles, optimize content for AI-powered chatbots, and ensure all documentation adheres to brand standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain PDF-based deliverables, ensuring adherence to print specifications (page dimensions, bleed, color profiles).
• Manage documentation timelines to ensure on-time delivery in alignment with product launch schedules.
• Develop and revise knowledge base articles to support customer self-service on Arlo's support platforms.
• Optimize content for consumption by AI-powered chatbot systems to ensure accuracy and conversational readability.
• Create and design illustrations, diagrams, and icons to enhance guides and visual documentation.
• Coordinate translation and localization workflows while managing document version control.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of professional experience in technical writing, content development, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator (required).
• Demonstrated experience producing print-ready and digital PDF documentation.
• Experience writing knowledge base articles or online help content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience with consumer electronics or technology products.
