Technical Program Manager 6 - Data Systems

About the Role: The Streaming & Discovery Foundations organization at Netflix is responsible for building foundational client and data frameworks. We are looking for a dedicated Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale programs spanning the full data lifecycle across multiple teams, surfaces, and business domains. You will be a force multiplier across data and client teams.

What You'll Do

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional data programs end-to-end: define milestones, scope, and sequencing.
• Navigate deep technical and organizational complexity in our data ecosystem.
• Bring clarity to ambiguity by creating lightweight structure and clear communication without over-engineering processes.
• Help transform data platforms and practices while keeping the business running safely.
• Collaborate, build alignment, and develop strong relationships with partners across multiple business verticals.

What You Bring

• 8-10+ years of excellence in technical program leadership, driving multi-team programs involving large-scale, high-volume data systems.
• Ability to engage on technical trade-offs without writing code and communicate across all audiences.
• Experience with data engineering and data pipelines; familiarity with client UI engineering and data platform developer experience.
• Full ownership of outcomes, relentlessly driving execution even when faced with ambiguity.
• Ability to leverage GenAI tools to accelerate your own work.

• Annual salary range of $420,000 - $630,000 depending on location and experience.
