Technical Product Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a new Technical Product Manager in India to join our growing Product Team. What You'll Do

• Manage complex system integrations by overseeing third-party integrations and understanding data flows.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability.
• Own the product backlog: create detailed, technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements and act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, supporting end-to-end testing, QA, and validation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end order lifecycle (payments, inventory, fulfilment, shipping, returns).
• Use data tools (SQL, BigQuery) to validate requirements and AI tools for product discovery and troubleshooting.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations in an eCommerce setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated Agile development mindset with hands-on expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with Developers and IT teams on APIs, data models, and architecture.
• Cloud deployment experience with major platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Understanding of full stack development (JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java) and familiarity with WMS, ERP, or CRM platforms.
