Technical Implementations Engineer (Full-Stack / Hacker)

JustPaid (YC W23) is building the financial operating system for the next generation of companies, solving the mess of sales contracts, billing models, and cash flow. We are looking for a Technical Implementations Engineer—not just another dashboard builder, but a true hacker who can build real infrastructure that sits at the core of how modern companies make money. You will work directly with the founders to implement customers and build the tools necessary to make them successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Import Tools: Build customer importing tools used daily by finance teams to migrate data into JustPaid.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Work across the stack and touch real production systems to enable customer success.
• Customer Success: Collaborate closely with customers daily to ensure they are using the platform and getting onboarded smoothly.
• Data Management: Own the data import process; all customer data will be imported by you using the tools you build.
• Strategic Input: Help define technical direction as the company grows, with your work shaping the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, developer, or "hacker".
• Mindset: High agency and ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.
• Craft: You care deeply about craft, writing clean code, and thinking through hard problems.
• Communication: Clear communication and respect for users, as you will be customer-facing.
• Visa: US citizenship/visa is NOT required.
