As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and management of project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot.

From start to finish, you will be involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project scope, assessing requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on

  • Expertly managing project scheduling and budget planning
  • Streamlined project tracking, reporting, and administration
  • Effective project communication, timeliness, and client satisfaction

To excel in this role, you should have the following

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.

You will collaborate closely with the Nikki-Leigh Piper (COO), and Jess Gamble (VP of Customer Operations) as well as join a pod-style team structure.
