Job Description
OnTheGoSystems (makers of WPML and Toolset) has been a 100% remote company since 2008, building market-leading tools for over 250,000 clients globally. We are looking for a Talented Writer who can seamlessly switch between crafting compelling marketing copy and precise technical documentation to help our users succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Hybrid Writing: Create high-quality content ranging from engaging marketing copy to detailed technical documentation.
- Product Mastery: Gain deep knowledge of our developer tools and ecosystem to write with authority.
- SEO & Analytics: Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs, and optimize for search visibility.
- Client Empathy: Dive deep into the needs and challenges of our customers to create content that resonates.
Requirements
- WordPress Expertise: Must be familiar with the WordPress Admin panel, Gutenberg Editor, FSE (Full Site Editing) themes, and content structures (Posts, Pages, Taxonomies).
- Versatility: Ability to switch between creative marketing writing and technical instruction.
- Tech Savvy: Eager to learn complex technologies quickly (our tools are technically complex).
- SEO Skills: Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and understanding of organic growth strategies.
- Language: Top-notch English writing and editing skills suitable for a global audience.

- UX Writing: Experience writing microcopy for user interfaces.
