Job Description

About the Role: As a Talent Sourcer at fonio, your job is simple on paper and hard in practice: find the right people before anyone else does. You'll own the top of the funnel across multiple open roles simultaneously — researching markets, building boolean searches, identifying high-potential candidates, and running multi-touch sequences. You'll be one of the first sourcing hires working directly with our Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Lead to fill the top of our pipeline with the right people, fast.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute targeted boolean search strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other platforms.
  • Pre-qualify every candidate before adding them to Ashby — checking for role fit, location, language, and track record.
  • Launch and manage multi-touch outreach sequences immediately upon adding each candidate.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in Ashby at all times and flag strong replies within 24 hours.
  • Deliver a structured weekly report and participate in two weekly syncs with the Hiring Lead.
  • Conduct ongoing market mapping for assigned roles to understand where the right talent is.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on candidate sourcing experience.
  • Proven ability to run boolean searches, build outreach sequences, and deliver qualified pipelines under time pressure.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written English — fluent written and spoken.
  • Available to work European business hours with overlap to Vienna (CET/CEST).
  • Bonus: Ashby experience (or deep experience with Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and enthusiasm for AI tools.
