Talent Manager

About the Role: Crypto Banter is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee and guide our talent acquisition and development efforts across the group. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-potential candidates, building strong relationships, and ensuring that all talent management strategies align with the organization’s goals in the fast-paced crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies to source and recruit candidates across various platforms, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Talent Development: Identify training needs, create growth programs, and provide coaching and mentoring to support employees’ career paths.
• Relationship Management: Build strong connections with internal stakeholders and external talent sources, acting as the primary point of contact for talent inquiries.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation systems and set KPIs for talent development initiatives.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and talent management processes comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and development roles.
• Passion for Crypto: Deep interest and understanding of the cryptocurrency space.
• AI Integration: Daily use of AI tools in your current workflow is required.
• Strong leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills.
• High emotional intelligence and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern recruitment tools.
• A proactive, strategic, and "obsessive" personality focused on results.
