Role Overview

The purpose of the Talent Development Manager role is to execute high-impact talent initiatives across the Everfield ecosystem to drive performance and growth. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders and teams to ensure the organisation's talent aligns with its strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to drive talent development, reporting, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive performance and growth through targeted talent initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to the planning and execution of key talent programmes and employee retention strategies.
  • Develop and manage performance reviews, 360 feedback, goal setting, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) via Workday.
  • Design, develop, and deliver a strong onboarding experience for new talent, newly acquired businesses, and new senior leaders.
  • Create a succession planning framework and support HR Business Partners with communication across the ecosystem.
  • Strategically deploy an employee listening strategy, alongside the annual Global Employee Engagement survey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior professional experience working with an HRIS system, with a strong preference for Workday.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex talent programmes and vendor relations.
  • Experience working within a European organisation, demonstrating the ability to tailor approaches for successful cross-border outcomes.
  • Direct experience handling senior or executive-level talent management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing and adapting seamlessly as business needs evolve.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, understanding your direct impact on people, teams, and processes.
  • Location Context: 100% remote working infrastructure open to qualified HR professionals based within the United Kingdom.
