Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months contract)

Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem trusted by 280+ million users, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to aid our global expansion. This role focuses on Corporate and Business hiring (Customer Support, Compliance, Operations) rather than technical engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire process from sourcing to offer negotiation for corporate roles.
• Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking, university visits, and job fairs.
• Stakeholder Management: Build close relationships with business partners and advise hiring managers on the process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from introduction to onboarding.
• Market Mapping: Conduct market mapping experiences for Global or Asian markets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a top-tier Internet company or agency.
• Domain Focus: Experience in Business/Corporate hiring (CS, Ops, Compliance). Web3/Crypto hiring experience is a big plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is required for global coordination.
• Cultural Fit: Must be "Positive on Crypto" and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
