Position Overview

We are seeking a relationship-driven, highly organized Talent Acquisition Partner to fully own the end-to-end recruitment process for our expanding teams in Manila. In this permanent work-from-home position, you will serve as a core ambassador of Lightspeed’s inclusive culture. Moving beyond checking off CV boxes, you will uncover deep candidate motivations and build high-quality talent pipelines. You will partner closely with multi-region hiring managers to challenge recruitment assumptions, design rigorous structured assessment plans, and manage high-volume staffing pipelines without losing an authentic human connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment processes including intake alignment, strategic sourcing, applicant screening, interview coordinating, and managing collaborative team debriefs.
  • Hiring Manager Strategic Advisory: Partner directly alongside global Hiring Managers to outline precise role requirements, evaluate target skill benchmarks, and enforce high hiring standards.
  • Candidate Experience Enrichment: Deliver an exceptional, human-centered interview journey, ensuring candidates remain aligned with Lightspeed’s core values and diverse operational milestones.
  • Data-Driven ATS Management: Maintain impeccable candidate logs inside the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging strong system records to inform data-driven workforce planning.
  • Inclusive Practice Advocacy: Champion diversity of thought by driving completely objective, structured, and unbiased interview assessment procedures across all operation units.
  • Hiring Manager Coaching: Lead training circles and coach team leads on recruitment best practices, modern behavioral interview loops, and fair candidate interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history operating in Talent Acquisition tracks, spanning either corporate in-house structures or fast-paced recruitment agency runtimes.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating full-lifecycle hiring, successfully managing processes from initial kickoff to final package negotiation and closing.
  • Prior history collaborating and partnering directly with regional hiring managers across diverse geographical boundaries.
  • Advanced sourcing capability utilizing modern social prospecting systems, with specific expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication mechanics, optimized to tell compelling company stories and influence high-tier stakeholders.
  • Location Context: Permanent work-from-home operational infrastructure open exclusively to qualified talent professionals residing in Manila, Philippines.
  • Employer of Record Framework: Alignment with our partner Inform Group, who hosts our Lightspeed workforce locally to deliver compliance under the Philippine labor code.
