About the Role: Lightspeed's Dealer Management Solution (DMS) enables dealerships to optimize their end-to-end business operations. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a highly impactful role in fulfilling our talent strategy by attracting, cultivating and placing key talent. With a focus on the candidate experience and a strong operations mindset, you will have broad impact on the overall success of Lightspeed driving strong partnerships with our business leaders, executing against talent strategies to support the growth of our organization. Your success will be measured by your ability to fortify to exceed our hiring needs and deliver against organizational talent strategies and drive innovative TA practices that evolve our function forward.

What you'll do

  • Be a strategic thinker that can manage existing recruiting strategies, methods and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to internal and external sourcing, assessing and managing qualified talent.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to proactively identify and engage passive talent.
  • Manage strategic relationships and effective business partnering with various levels of leaders within and across the organization to understand and forecast talent acquisition needs.
  • Develops, designs, inspires and executes talent strategies that aid in the attraction, retention and engagement of diverse talent.
  • Ability to attract, source and hire senior level roles within the organization (Director, VP+).
  • Manages vendor relationships and operational execution with measurable success.
  • Leads early career talent strategies including campus intern programming, headcount forecasting and delivering outstanding and innovative employee experiences.

What you should have

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven track record as a talent acquisition manager successfully attracting and hiring talent at all career stages.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases; proficiency in Greenhouse or equivalent enterprise ATS platforms strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with proactive recruiting techniques and passive candidate engagement, including sourcing and outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with exhibited analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, ability to organize, prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on concurrent tasks.
