Job Description
About the Role: Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. Reporting to Nift's VP of People, this role is responsible for keeping the hiring process running efficiently for the entire TA team. This includes managing and tracking the entire candidate pipeline across all departments in our ATS (Greenhouse.io), as well as reviewing applications/profiles and sourcing candidates for a variety of roles. The role requires a high level of project management, autonomy, and execution with strong attention to detail. Strong preference for someone to work East Coast hours (9am-5pm ET).
What you will do
- Keep the Talent Acquisition team organized and moving: coordinate, maintain, and drive the entire recruiting & candidate pipelines across all departments.
- Research companies, sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, and doing initial outreach using Gem, LinkedIn, and other tools.
- Pull data and numbers for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs.
- Ensure data is accurate and up to date in Nift's ATS (Greenhouse), pulling reports when necessary.
- Prioritize job searches efficiently based on benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals.
- Manage job postings on Nift's career page and external job boards, keeping track of all sourced candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and their teams to coordinate interviews.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition coordination with strong project management skills.
- Greenhouse ATS experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, outstanding with follow-up, and fantastic attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze data and trends.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to pick up tools/platforms quickly.
- Ability to source and evaluate resumes, profiles, and backgrounds that fit specific open positions.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
