Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager to lead initiatives related to credit card terms and conditions changes. This pivotal role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance, and leveraging deep domain expertise to drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects focused on changes to credit card terms and conditions from inception to completion.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert, providing authoritative guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of proposed changes, assessing their impact on customers and business operations.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the financial services or credit card industry.
• Deep expertise in credit card terms, conditions, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
