Job Description
About the Role: At Lighthouse, we're on a mission to disrupt commercial strategy for the hospitality industry. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will ensure client success through outstanding service and a strong focus on long-term relationships. You will deliver white-glove support to top-tier clients, maximize the value of our products, reduce churn, drive renewals, and expand our footprint across accounts.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic account planning and manage account renewals, upselling processes, and contract renegotiations.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Checks while delivering regular training sessions.
- Leverage AI-driven insights and automation across CRM to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
- Interface across internal teams to resolve client issues, support adoption, and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in revenue management, marketing/sales/distribution, or service delivery to hotels.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Strong communication skills with experience working with C-level stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of the hotel industry, including brands and management structures.
- Bonus: Experience with hotel systems (PMS, CRS, RMS) and knowledge of rate parity or wholesale channels.
