About the Role: At Twilio, we're shaping the future of communications. Join the team as Twilio's next Strategic Account Executive 4 for our Retail Vertical! You will lead relationships with our enterprise Communications platform customers, managing consultative sales cycles for large-scale, global, compliance-heavy businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and expand some of our most important Retail customer accounts to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (product, finance, support) to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Run highly consultative sales cycles focusing on deep discovery and championing customer needs.
  • Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to major account or strategic sales.
  • Expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Bonus: Experience with telecom (CPaaS, SMS), selling to the Retail vertical, or SaaS/PaaS sales.
