Sr Technical Writer

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to shape and maintain high-quality documentation for complex enterprise AI and database products. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, accessible content, including guides, API docs, and tutorials. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop and update guides, tutorials, integration docs, and release notes for enterprise AI and database products. API Documentation: Document REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger and create code samples in Python or cURL. Docs-as-Code: Manage the documentation lifecycle using Git/GitHub, Markdown, and static site generators like Hugo. Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure technical accuracy and depth. Optimization: Improve content discoverability using SEO best practices and create visual aids (diagrams, videos) to enhance comprehension. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of technical writing experience in SaaS, Cloud Platforms, or Databases. Technical Skills: Proven experience with Docs-as-Code workflows (Git, Markdown, Hugo, CI/CD). API Knowledge: Strong ability to document REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger. Coding Basics: Ability to read/understand code (Python, API) to create practical examples. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Graph Databases, AI/ML concepts, or LLM frameworks. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Jupyter Notebooks.
