Sr. Software Engineer, Infra

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer, Infra to join our team at Jerry.ai. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the core infrastructure of our AI-powered AllCar™ super app. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems that power our innovative platform. This includes contributing to backend services, ensuring system performance and stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud technologies, and best practices in software engineering. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to make car ownership affordable, seamless, and magical for our users. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable backend services and infrastructure. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. - Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. - Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of our platform. - Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on backend development and infrastructure. - Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js). - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
