Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the end-to-end development of features that thousands of global businesses rely on daily. Sitting within our core R&D team, you will take absolute technical ownership of our software layers—from building polished, user-facing interfaces down to the backend services and AI-powered REST APIs that drive them. Our tech stack is built on Python, Django, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS. We are looking for an engineer who actively incorporates modern AI development tools into their daily shipping routines and holds the architectural judgment to optimize modular services smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Feature Delivery: Plan, design, write, test, and ship robust application properties across the full stack, utilizing Python/Django on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
• Architectural Evolution: Maintain system uptime and performance metrics while helping migrate legacy backend structures into decoupled, independent microservices.
• AI Productivity Integration: Function as a technical power user with modern AI coding environments (such as Claude Code or Cursor) to dramatically accelerate your testing, debugging, and drafting workflows.
• Quality Engineering & Peer Review: Manage incoming pull requests, conduct rigorous code reviews, and uphold strong code quality baselines backed by comprehensive unit test arrays.
• Cross-Stack Defect Triage: Investigate and eliminate technical bugs across all system layers, resolving everything from frontend rendering quirks to complex relational database blocks.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely alongside internal Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and platform stakeholders to scope user stories and turn design prototypes into production code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of verified professional history running web application development inside a modern software engineering ecosystem.
• Advanced programmatic proficiency operating on the backend using Python and the Django framework.
• Strong, production-grade frontend history constructing dynamic interfaces using Angular paired with modular component libraries.
• Proven tracking background building performant, scalable digital platforms, making pragmatic architectural trade-offs to protect user experience quality.
• Demonstrated history using cutting-edge AI environments programmatically within your daily ideation and coding cycles.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication mechanics, optimized to unpack dense backend topics easily for non-technical team nodes.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior technical exposure or engineering history inside the Fintech, financial accounting software, or automated ERP integration sectors.
• Hands-on experience building custom web features hooked directly into Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI APIs.
• Familiarity navigating infrastructure primitives natively within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud space and modern DevOps pipelines.
