Job Description
About the Role: Later is the leading influencer marketing company powered by AI and data. As Sr. Director of Partnerships, you'll be responsible for building, scaling, and leading revenue-driving relationships with mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies. You'll combine consultative solution selling with deep expertise in the influencer and creator economy, helping clients unlock the full potential of Later's platform and services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire new mid-market and enterprise accounts while significantly growing wallet share within existing clients.
- Independently identify, prospect, and qualify high-value brands and agencies, focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Lead senior-level consultative discovery conversations and deliver high-impact platform demos and executive-level proposals.
- Own complex negotiations, contract structuring, and deal strategy to successfully close and expand enterprise partnerships.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, creator commerce, and digital advertising, translating insights into strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS, media, or influencer marketing.
- Consistent track record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals and expanding strategic partnerships.
- Experience selling into senior stakeholders within marketing, brand, or media teams at Fortune 1000 companies and agencies.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and affiliate/creator commerce ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead consultative, solutions-driven sales processes with executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $285,000 - $350,000 OTE.
- A market-based & data-driven approach to compensation, evaluated bi-annually.
- Eligibility to participate in various benefits plans as part of the overall compensation package.
