We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Director, Care Experience to lead the design, growth, and performance of high-impact specialty care solutions, including Surgery Care, Cancer Care, and Expert Medical Opinions (EMO). This role operates as a general manager (GM) for a portfolio of complex care offerings—owning strategy, provider networks, bundled pricing models, and market expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve COE offerings across Surgery, Cancer, and EMO, developing scalable, high-quality care models.
  • Lead adoption and expansion across employer and health plan segments, supporting sales efforts and growth strategies.
  • Build and manage high-performing COE networks and establish partnerships with leading health systems and specialty providers.
  • Integrate solutions with major national and regional carriers to support joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Own pricing strategy, bundled rate structures, and margin performance with accountability for significant revenue.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team across product, analytics, finance, sales, and account management.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in clinical program leadership, care delivery, or value-based care.
  • Deep expertise in surgery, oncology, or EMO/external medical opinion programs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling programs in healthcare, digital health, or employer-based care.
  • Experience owning P&L or product revenue at scale, with a strong understanding of healthcare economics, payer-provider dynamics, and population health.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: MBA, MPH, or an advanced clinical degree is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) Plan featuring a generous company match.
  • Flexible Time Off/Paid Time Off and 13 paid holidays.
  • Eligibility for corporate bonus programs, sales incentives, and stock options.
  • Protection plans including Life, Disability, and Supplemental Insurance, plus Mental Health and Wellness benefits.
  • 100% remote work flexibility within the U.S.
