Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.

Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 390+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer (part-time) to join the HR team.

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Develop and maintain internal HR visual identity (branding, guidelines, consistency across materials)
  • Create visual content for HR Digest, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives
  • Design presentations, including structuring and visualizing complex information
  • Prepare visuals for job postings, hiring campaigns, and recruitment channels
  • Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective design solutions
  • Ensure visual consistency across all HR-related materials and channels
  • Work with multiple tasks in parallel, managing priorities and deadlines

Your qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Strong portfolio with examples of branding, identity, and/or logo development
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles: color theory, typography, composition, visual hierarchy
  • Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and goal-oriented creatives
  • Strong communication skills: ability to present and explain design decisions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time in a part-time setup
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders (HR, marketing, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Basic animation skills
  • Experience with employer branding or HR-related design
  • Experience working with ATS visuals, job boards, or recruitment funnels
