What You'll Do

As a Solutions Architect / Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures, rapidly prototype AI-driven applications, and integrate Typeface’s platform across customer ecosystems. You’ll combine full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on GenAI experience—building custom agents, workflows, and reusable components—while driving customer transformations through fast experimentation and iterative delivery.

How You’ll Make Impact

• Partner with Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create GenAI solutions
• Serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle—proposing the right workflows and architecture upfront, getting customer sign-off, then implementing what you sold
• Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset—build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and demonstrate quick wins that build momentum for transformations
• Build custom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases
• Develop integrations with customer systems (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics) and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
